   Is it pronounced loop loop or loo loo? Anything to do with the French word “loup” meaning wolf?

   Pronounced loop & yes it is from the french meaning. Most likely the name came from french fur trappers back in the day. Our logo has a wolf head in it & many locals call it the Loup d’Loup or just “The Loup”. The wolf has made a reappearance in our forest recently & is the cause of much local debate.
